Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds especially if you have been in a public place. If soap and water aren’t readily available you can use hand sanitizer with, at least, a 60% alcohol level.
Avoid touching your face, mouth, nose, and eyes at all times.
You SHOULD wear a face mask if you are in a public space or outside. Face masks are in short supply so it is important we all only use them when necessary, and if possible, make your own.
When you’re in a public place be sure to stay 6 feet apart from others around you and avoid any physical contact.
Clean and disinfect frequently used and touched surfaces.
Remember to clean and disinfect your personal devices regularly, laundry hampers, and soft surfaces like furniture.
