Permanent Supportive Housing

HousingPlus offers permanent supportive housing with a focus on women and gender-expansive people, and their families. Targeting individuals who have experienced homelessness and/or chronic homelessness, supportive housing offers safe and secure housing surrounded by a range of services which help tenants address the issues that can make them vulnerable to housing insecurity. However, the need for supportive housing continues to grow, so we are working to expand the housing that we make available. We currently have 220 units of permanent housing, 114 for families and 106 for singles. We expect to expand this stock to nearly 500 units by the end of 2027.
