HousingPlus is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking to support a fast pace and growing nonprofit organization.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR functions.
The Accountant/Payroll administrator is a member of the finance team who will perform essential tasks in accounts payables and accounts receivables, as well as assist in payroll and office administration. The Accountant/Payroll administrator will report directly to the Director of Finance.
The Grants Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent management of all HousingPlus’s government contracts. The Grants Manager will achieve this though the successful coordination of HousingPlus’s interdepartmental [contracts] team and oversight of all contracts management functions including data collection and reporting, compliance, documentation and record keeping, financial/accounts receivable, communications and liaising, and contracts preparation.
The Housing Specialist performs a variety of office and field activities to manage and monitor a rapid re-housing/transition-in-place program for justice-involved women for the Women’s Community Justice Project and compiles related documentation. Direct responsibilities include orienting all eligible participants to the housing programs/services, providing housing search and supportive services to promote residents’ self-sufficiency, integration into the community and permanency in housing.
