Joyce Kelly

Vice President of Tenant Service

Ms. Kelly has twenty-five years of experience beginning as a NYC corrections officer that led to her interest in addressing issues in communities and people’s lives that would lead to better outcomes. She has been the director of numerous housing and social service programs including Hale House, the Fortune Society and Women In Need before joining HousingPlus in June 2015. Ms. Kelly has a Master’s of Science in Administration from Audrey Cohen College.
