Krishna Rampersaud

Krishna Rampersaud was appointed Director of Finance in January 2024. As the Director of Finance, Krishna is responsible for overseeing the Finance Department and its divisions, such as Accounts and Control, Risk Management, budgeting, tax, and other finance functions, including government contracts and grants management. Krishna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Business Management. He is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of executive budgeting, financial controls, and financial operations within social services and non-profit sectors. Before joining HousingPlus, Krishna served as Vice President and Controller for several human services organizations providing care for children in foster care, therapeutic preschool, and therapeutic K-12 schooling, individuals with developmental disabilities, and housing and counseling of individuals with mental health needs. Through human services agencies, Krishna has worked extensively with NYS, NYC, and Federal agencies including, DOH, OMH, OPWDD, OASAS, OCFS, SED, DOE, DOHMH, ACS, and HUD. Krishna has provided oversight to financial teams throughout his career with organizations with a revenue of over $58MM
