Rebecca Chatteram

Rebecca Chatteram has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in Business Operations and Finance.  Before joining HousingPlus in December 2022, she spent over a decade as an administrative leader in operations for nonprofit organizations, where she played a pivotal role in organizational development and strategic planning.

As Chief Operating Officer at HousingPlus, Rebecca leads the operational oversight of transitional and supportive permanent housing programs, championing excellence and innovative, sustainable housing solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with certifications in Human Resources, Non-Profit Financial Management, and Leading Remote Teams. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, further strengthening her expertise in mission-driven leadership.

Rebecca is deeply committed to advancing social equity, supporting marginalized communities, and breaking cycles of homelessness. Her work is grounded in the Housing First model embraced by HousingPlus, which prioritizes low-barrier access to housing as a fundamental human right.
